By accessing and using HealthLab's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

Payment Terms

All test packages must be paid for at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and UPI.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations within 2 hours of booking receive full refund. After sample collection, no refunds are provided. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Medical Disclaimer

Our test results are for informational purposes. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Sample Collection

We strive to collect samples on time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Report Accuracy

While we ensure highest accuracy, results may vary based on sample quality, timing, and other factors. We recommend confirming critical results with your doctor.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, follow fasting/preparation instructions, and not misuse our services or share your account credentials.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, test packages, or pricing with reasonable notice to users.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
